Our Mission

The Snyder Family Foundation exists to reduce barriers and provide practical pathways to stability for individuals and families facing high-stress realities. We believe in meeting people where they are with dignity, respect, and trauma-informed support.

Veteran-Focused

We prioritize honorably discharged veterans (DD214 required) with an emphasis on those navigating PTSD-related challenges. Our approach is trauma-informed, patient, and practical.

First Responders

Police, firefighters, EMTs, and other first responders carry cumulative stress. We extend our support to these military-adjacent heroes who run toward danger.

Families in Crisis

When a child is fighting Stage 4 blood cancer, families need practical help. We provide support, resources, and connections to reduce immediate pressure.

Our Programs

We offer four core programs designed to provide practical, actionable support. All programs prioritize veterans with honorable discharge (DD214 verification required where applicable).

Career Counseling

One-on-one career guidance for veterans transitioning to civilian careers. We help with resume building, interview preparation, job search strategies, and navigating the civilian workplace.
